History
Balcauti Village - is the 1471 documentary attested in a document prepared by Stephen the Great by the Putna Monastery gives Balcauti Village Fair in the Lower Siret. Balcauti in 1741 was simple Saliste Putna Monastery.
Gropeni Village - by the end of 17 century was called Rudeşti. Table localities in 1780 appears under the name of Slobozia Gropin
